We purchased a new matress at the store on Kingsbury Road, Birmingham and one of your workers ..Donna was amazing. She couldn't do enough for us and helped us devote the right matress for me and my wife..

Very knowledgeable advisor. Friendly but not too pushy! Gave us space to make our decision.

We were greeted by Rebecca as soon as we entered the store. She asked what we were looking for and provided some things to think about. She guided us to the diagnostic machine which was amazing then made sure we spent time trying out the various recommendations and suggestions to make sure we were confident that we we were making the right decision. excelent service from start to finish

I was bedding manager for many years at a local privately owned furniture store and the Erdington Dreams Store reminded me very much of my happy years in the bedding industry - all of the staff were very friendly and our main contact - Clair - was exceptional. All of the staff seemed to get on well together and when I was employed would have loved to have had a team of sales staff under my wing such as the Dreams team. We were left to wonder around and were told to ask at any time if we needed any help - there was no sign at all of "pressure" selling - all in all a very pleasant experience

Sales assistant was knowledgeable and offered us a bottle of water as it was a hot day whilst we waited for the order to be placed. Good range of headboards available in colour we wanted.

Clair took time with us was very informative and helpful as it’s not a product you buy often so you want to get it right She is a credit to your store and very friendly

It was a lady called Becky that served us, she was extremely helpful, She was not hounding us when we first walked in (like the previous stores we had been in) we instantly become warmed to her with her gentle approach.  We started on the machine that you offer (which is fantastic by the way) and this gave us an insight to what we needed. Everything we asked her she knew the answer too, she had a very high knowledge of the mattresses that we were looking at and was very friendly so this just helped us when she was dealing with us, she also had the patience of a Saint. I would like to personally thank her for being so helpful and professional from start to finish. We would definitely recommend to others to visit this store.😊 Shelley Walker
