My wife is disabled and the Dreams bed expert spent extra time understanding my wife's needs to find the most suitable mattress myself and my wife couldn't be happier with the service received.

The assistant (Rebecca) at erdington branch was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of info on what we wanted and also what might suit us better, made us very comfortable and was very cheerful and also respectful of my partner and I talking whilst trying products by moving away.

really easy process, was made to feel welcone, even when there was alot to indesisiceness on our part.

I was served immediately by a very friendly assistant. She offered us something to drink and listened well to what we needed. She also didn't pushed us into a sale and was very patient. overall it was a great experience.
