My husband and I have different requirements from a mattress and the assistant suggested the best option to satisfy both.

Tracey helped us through our questions. She was most helpful, never placed any pressure on us, friendly and really approachable whenever we had further enquiries. She was very knowledgeable and took time to show us the beds.

The advisor was extremely helpful. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was able to answer all our questions. She gave us time to think whilst making a decision about an expensive purchase but was there when we needed her. It felt like she understood our needs after just a few questions, and a few lie downs on various mattresses. We felt our needs were listened to and then appropriate information was given, in a very friendly, yet professional manner.
