Donna was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. She gave knowledgable information, and was able to recommend other products to buy alongside the bed. All in all I would say an excellent sales person, I still can’t believe we spent that much on a bed and my husband definitely can’t! Donna has served us before and the experience was super, thank you. We are looking forward to receiving and sleeping in our new bed.

The help and knowledge provided by Tracey who served us was really appreciated. She helped us make a decision and introduced me to a pillow that whilst expensive has to be the best pillow I have ever slept on. Tracey was attentive, knowledgeable and patient with us and assisted us with our choice of new mattress (apart from the price) excellent customer service

Having shopped at Dreams recently and being very satisfied we returned for more purchases we were greeted by Tracy who remembered us from our last visit which made our return more personal. She was very helpful and friendly as before.

The staff where welcoming they tell you the function how the mattress work and how it help with your back ,hips and wast pain.

I was assisted by a very smart lady who appeared to know exactly what I was looking for and recommended items with extensive knowledge of them; using her recommendations I ordered the goods when totally satisfied with the demonstrations and verbal assurances on the product. I found the assistant to be most helpful but understanding and not overpowering.

We were highly satisfied, because we found Donna very presentable, with above average customer skills, with a high knowledge of all the beds on display. Donna obtained the sale because of her pleaent nature and allowed time for us to discuss the purchase in private.

I was highly satisfied with my visit, and i will recommend dreams to my family and friends, there is a great wide variety of choice and friendly staff. I received great customer service from Lucy and Lynne that day.

I had spent the afternoon visiting the ‘dodgier’ bed shops I the area and got fed up of Salesmen in suits trying to rip me off so took a chance on Dreams in Birmingham and straight away Donna and her colleague (sorry didn’t catch your name!) were helping me out and asking all the right questions about my needs and concerns, which non of the other shops even bothered to ask. I was driven towards getting the best deal for my budget and enjoyed a few cups of coffee whilst my order was put through on the system. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Our server (Donna) was very knowledgeable and I would certainly return to do business with her when I have further furniture to buy.
