Dreams - Erdington

I WENT INTO DREAMS JUST TO LOOK TO BUY IN THE FUTURE, DONNA CAME OVER TO HELP ME I TOLD HER I WOULD NOT BE BUYING THAT DAY, I WILL BE LOOKING AROUND OTHER BED SHOPS, BUT WOULD LIKE SOME HELP LOOKING, SHE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL NOT PUSHY, I PURCHASED THAT DAY, SO PLEASED WITH THE HELP SHE GAVE AND WITH MY BUY.

The store assistant that helped us in finding the bed we wanted and the mattress was Rebecca she was very knowledgeable on the things she was selling us and the aftercare for us I am very happy with my visit to dreams on the retail park

Was approached immediately by a staff member named Donna. She was very helpful with everything I asked her. Her manner and friendliness was superb. She gave me an estimate which I took home previously to show my husband. He in turn went to Dreams to look at the bed and he too had helpful service from Andy and the manageress as Donna was not in. Was offered a nice coffee whilst the order was being processed.

Donna at Ravenside Retail Park spent 2 hours with me and my Wife, and we tried many beds. She was very knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping us choose what suited us both. We very Much appreciated the coffee also. Will defiantly be back and recommend Dreams to any family and friends.

Can't believe how fantastic your store and especially Donna was in helping us find the correct mattress and the information she provided. Donna suggested that we tried all types which we did before we choose one. We didn't purchase anything as we went to two other stores to look at what they had. These other stores were not a patch on the Erdington branch and their assistances were very poor. Had lunch out and chattered over what was available then went straight back to see Donna and made our purchase. In these later years have never been attended to in such a wonderful manner. Thank you Dreams and of course Donna.
