Having been to John Lewis prior to visiting Dreams, where we received No Service, to then be greeted by Andy in Dreams with his excellent service levels, it was a stark positive contrast to John Lewis. His approach, knowledge and sales technique didn’t make us feel pressurised in purchasing and although we didn’t exactly know what we wanted to purchase he listened and guided us in our decision. Text book selling.
