Very helpful staff who asked questions to understand my needs and then advise accordingly.

Our assistant Becky went above and beyond the normal level of service to assist us.

The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly. She asked us what we were after and was able to recommend suitable products to compare and choose from.

An assistant came and asked us if we would like any help, she was smiling. She explained about the colour coded pillows and took us through all the types of beds. We tried several out. She was patient, listened to what I said and was extremely helpful. We bought a mattress and pillow.

We had a couple of issues, there was a nut, bolt and a washer missing from our sofa bed, we called the number on the packing and had to wait for them to be posted out to us, there is also a very small flaw in the material, they day the sofa bed was delivered I noticed you had reduced the price by £120. I called your customer service and a very nice man by the name of Liam apologised and gave us a refund of £120 to match the price if we would keep the sofa with a flaw in it and also a £50 dreams voucher for our inconvenience. Under the circumstances I think our complaint was handled very well and we are very satisfied with the sofa bed.

The lady that served us was extremely knowledgeable with regards to what we were looking for, she was also excellent at engaging with our daughter.

Very good sales lady who understood what I wanted and explained a couple of products that would suit my needs. Everything was explained regarding the product,price,delivery and the delivery schedule. Also the service to collect my old mattress.

We spoke to Andrew on our first visit , he was very knowledgeable about the products in store and left feeling we could make an informed decision, on return a few days later we spoke with Rebecca .. again she was very attentive to our requirements, was confident answering questions and made the purchase process easy to understand... I have to say both excellent members of your staff and a credit to your company.
