Donna told me all about the bed and explained all the different options. She was also able to show me all of these in store. By trying them out myself I then was able to understand how the product will meet my needs.

Tracey helped us from the time we entered the store. We went by her advice and also there was enough time for us to check out a number of beds and found the one that worked for us. This purchase was our first as and we had to get this right. The store was clean and beds were clearly marked as to price etc. The order was placed and the bed is due in 2 weeks which is fantastic.

Lucy, 070 was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful and had a good knowledge of the products. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucy and it took me a while to choose a mattress, she was very patient and understanding.

We were served by Rebecca, she attended to us within minutes of entering the shop. Everything we asked she either new the answer or came back to us moments later. Buying the bed was a lovely experience.

The member of staff who we saw was very helpful and spent time talking us through our various options without any hard sell and left us to make up our own minds after all options had been covered. The actual placing of the order was also straight forward and once again we were guided through stage by stage. The member of staff was Donna she was smartly dressed very pleasant and as I have said very helpful.

Never been in the store before, but there was someone to listen and make suggestions across the price spectrum for our decision. There was no pressure to buy and the advisor always withdrew do that we could have our discussions on the products in detail and in private. he then made himself available as soon as we required him again.

This was our 4th purchase from this store and once again we received a high standard of customer service. Pleasant knowledgeable & helpful staff & a cup of tea - a service second to none ! That's why we keep returning with new business.
