Excellent customer service from staff,especually Rebecca in the Ravenside retail park store in Birmingham.Really took time to listen to wjat we needed and offered us suitable products

The sales assistant (Rebecca Foley) was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction

On arrival at the store we were greeted with friendly staff all round but the highlight was Donna who assisted us with our purchase and a seperated purchase for our parents who were with us. Donnas product knowledge is excellent, and her advise was greatly appreciated and helped us with the decision of choosing the bed and the mattress. Store had a huge choice and we didn't know where to start but Donna took her time in understanding what it is that would work best for us. Great asset to the store! The store itself is yet again exceptionally clean!

Great customer service, great value for money.

The staff member (Donna) was friendly and very knowledgeable and did not rush me in making my decision. I visited the store on Saturday 6 January to look for beds to purchase. I then went to perhaps your main local competitor (Bensons) but I was far from impressed with their store or their staff. I returned to Dreams, Erdington the following day and placed my order for two beds. I now await delivery.

Didn’t order on first visit but the assistant we dealt with remembered the products we were interested in hen we returned a couple of days later. Hence our eventual decision to place the order.

I ordered a mattress last year via phone for my daughter. The sales advisor ,Sebastian , was so helpful. The delivery drivers where careful carrying the mattress upstairs and tsk I got the packing the away and very polite. So when I needed two new matresees myself I placed an order with dreams. Tracey the sales advisor couldn't have been more polite , offers a hot or cold drink and had a sense of humour. Will be back again in the future.

Donna Hodge your sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, allowed us to spend time trying and retrying the same beds to ensure we would be completely happy with our purchase. We were offered tea and coffee and she even supplied pillows when we tried the bed so the experience could be as real to being at home as possible.

Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable about your products, extremely efficient and very personable. She made the whole process very quick and easy and we were even offered a cup of tea.

My daughter and I both came to your store to buy beds and got the most friendly and helpful assistant (Rebecca) . She explained in great detail terms and conditions offered us any additional items relevant to us could not fault her.
