The assistant was very helpful and knew the products well. She was very friendly and it was a pleasure to be served by her. We were offered tea and coffee which was very welcome as we were thirsty. There were plenty of beds that we could try out and we were given all the info that we needed.

Understood our needs, identified product to match, explained and quoted overall product pricing and delivery, completed the sale with efficient and speedy progress.

I was given an overall very good service. The Dreams colleague I was served by was Tracey, she provided very useful information, suggestions and advice to help guide me towards me making my decision on which bed I wanted to purchase. She was also very friendly and easy communicate with. After Tracey helped me with my decision I was then helped by Andy to finalise my purchase. Good service provided all round so far. Thank you.

Rebecca spent a lot of time with us ensuring we purchased the correct bed & mattress & phoned to get delivery details of 3 different colour options. She was incredibly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the beds we were looking at & extremely helpful & friendly. Validation code is B070.

I went to the store to have a look and research the different mattress options. ANDY, was not pushy which is a big turn off for me and still spent time explaining my options, he did not rush me even though I said I wasn't going to make purchase today as I'd not looked anywhere else. He explained 40 night try and price match and 0% interest options so I thought oh go for it and this why I can buy the mattress I really want.
