We only went in to buy a couple of pillows but was interested in buying a new bed before we got there, staff were friendly, polite & had masks on. While we were trying beds we were put on a bed that showed the best mattress for us & given a pillow with a large tissue to put over it (ended up buying 3 pillows at £99 each) the staff listened to what we had to say & used that to help us make our choices, was nice to be listened too. Ordering was made easy as he remembered everything we wanted.

The employee, Andrew, who helped us during the visit had excellent product knowledge and was very useful with helping us make the right choice.

The assistant who helped me (named Andy) was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything.

Received helpful information by the staff member who assisted us in making our choice together with the bed survey experience.

Donna the sales advisor put me at ease, she was very knowledgeable about the product and we were given plenty of time to choose.

Knowledge of the assistant was second to none. There was no 'hard selling' in place and we were able to browse before being approached to offer assistance which we prefer.

The advisor was polite showed empathy to my age and health issues as I was having a electric bed and am 86 years of age
