immediate service, help and advice. We were also given coffee which was much appreciated. Your salesperson (Donna I think) was friendly and obviously knew about the different beds on offer.

Great friendly assistance

The sales person (Donna) greeted us on our arrival to the store, after asking us if we required any advice accompanied us around the store, provided the advice we needed to decide on our purchase and made sure we were comfortable (seating and drink) whilst completing the purchase paperwork etc. The purchase/order details were discussed in detail. We couldn't have asked for better customer liaison.

The store was bright and well laid out. We were greeted upon entering and asked if we required assistance, which we did. We knew which type of bed and range we wanted but was uncertain of the difference in styles. The assistance highlighted the differences between the styles and was very informative allowing us to make the correct decision for our needs. The whole sale process was very quick and easy.

Becky at the Erdington branch was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in on and our first visit and we bought a Tempure Pillow on her recommendation, however on placing the order a few days later for our mattress Becky was on a 2 day break and the staff who served me, Donna and assistant Manager Tracey we very attentive, funny, and extremely helpful in helping me place the order, and kept asking if I wanted coffee, again and again and again, (jokingly of course as I had just a Costa Coffee and they kept saying there’s was better) Great team, don’t change it.

Donna was very helpful in giving advise on ALl products I was interested in, she offered coffee 3 times and was very respectful and a good listener

Tracey and her team made me and family feel like we very much welcome in the store. They are very knowledgable and personable. They are a credit to your company.

Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. Listened to our needs (12year old autistic daughter). Lady was very patient and moved mattresses on the bed she chose so she could feel how her bed would feel. The choice was good for both bed frame and mattress. Lady explained everything regarding delivery and payment. Offered us the option to take out insurance (which we did). Overall very satisfied.

I was shown the beds in the range I was looking for and with I'm minutes places an order as it was exactly what I was looking for.
