Good service and the knowledgeable assistant

Very clean and friendly environment. Staff was very friendly and happy to help go through every step to ensure I was happy with my purchase and would be happy to recommend family and friends.

Brilliant friendly service from Tracey, she came over to me and my partner with a friendly calm atmosphere, very smiley and her knowledge on the products was brilliant. I didn't feel rushed or felt uncomfortable around her when purchasing a mattress. She wanted to make sure I had a comfy mattress and went away with the right one. She spent time letting me lay down on each one and make sure it felt right. She found out straight away that the one mattress I was satisfied with was in stock and was so friendly to talk to when purchasing for it. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable not like most mattress and bed companies try to sell you the expensive or don't let you try the mattress out first. I've had trouble with my back and my old mattress and this new mattress I feel like I can have a decent night sleep now!!

The service by Rebecca was excellent she was extremely helpful and not at all pushy like some sales people can be and we were even offered tea and coffee

Rebecca was most helpful and was able to answer all my queries. Even offered decorating advice when I was unsure of what colour to have.

Both sales assistants were very knowledgeable and they were very happy to show us all the different types of pillows and mattresses and gave us time to make our minds up, we approached them when we had decided.

Greeted politely upon entrance to store, explained what I was requiring to my tastes, given alternatives, every stage explained thoroughly, informed of difference between products, refreshments offered and received, recommendations made to my sleeping posture and health issues taken into consideration, delivery process explained, different types of protection to my purchases explained in detail but not over complicated, reassuring that I could contact store at anytime about any issues around my purchases, thanked politely for using dreams service
