Donna welcomed us on arrival. She was friendly and helpful without pressure. She explained the different types of bed and mattress clearly. It was an education! She also explained the many options and the costs involved. It was lucky that we called in before the sale ended on that day. The whole experience (which I had been dreading) was a pleasure and I will recommend Dreams to anyone looking for beds and mattresses. The atmosphere in the store was professional and friendly, without pressure.

The quality of goods provided and the knowledge of the products the staff showed and their patience with dealing with customer issues was exelent.

Kept updated on progress of order. Very smooth operation.

We were given all the information about the products that we chose and plenty of time to discuss the products before making our final choice.

The lady's that helped us today were brilliant nothing was to much for them we even had a drink made for us and they were very good with our 2 girls the laydies were Tracy and Lucy from the branch on the raven side erding ton couldn't of asked for better people to help us we will definatley be goin back for more furniture

Donna was very attentive. Made us fee at home. Offered us and our son multiple drinks and biscuits. Put a cartoon on the tv bed flat screen we were considering buying so our son could ‘test the bed for himself’ . The most comfortable and stress free shopping we have done when taking our 3 yr old son win th us . Donna gave us advise on our purchase , the options available and the benefits of the protection plan offered. Was personable , approachable happy and friendly . Very good salesperson and very a ccomodating . Explained the delivery options/ assembly options and notice needed to change delivery dates understandable. As we are in process of moving house. She understood our concerns and met our needs accordingly
