Warm welcome into the store, was greeted by friendly staff who asked what our needs where, helped us find the mattress to meet our needs

Tracey acknowledged us straight away gave good advice but wasn't hard selling and appreciated our needs

Lucy was very patient, helpful and friendly. She also knew all that's need about different products.

The moment we entered the shop everyone had a great smile on their face welcoming us to look around and chose what we liked.The prices wasn’t that high they were all respectful towards all of us and the shop was very clean and tidy.They helped us chose the right beds what we wanted and proceeded the order as quickly as possible.

The ease of choosing & making the purchase. Dona had great knowledge and was very empathetic to my reason & need to purchase a Tempur mattress. I'm very pleased that it will only be 3-weeks to receive the mattress.

Andy, the salesperson took the time to listen to my mom's needs and directed us to the bed that she wanted and was within her budget. Afterwards, he explained the order details in full to us, was friendly and answered any questions we had.
