We have ordered from Dreams before and had no hesitation in re-ordering. All our needs were met and we were made to fell valued customers by the following: Offering a beverage at the start. Discussing our needs and answering questions as an aid to understanding. Allowing us to make the right choice/decision without any pressure/persuasion and being impartial.

There was a Great range of matresses. I was hoping to get an assistance to choose a Great matress but not the most expensive. A Sales Assistant (Donna) was very helpful and very patient, I felt really comfortable to choose the best item to my need. I was shopping with 5years old and she loved the shop and Donna!!
