Very friendly service from Tracey and a wide range of products. Pricing and availability good.

Tracey served me again and as before made the whole purchase a breeze so much so I ordered 2 x mattresses. I had been into Dreams in Solihull and the staff were just not like Erdington. Solihull stalked me around the store trying to push the more expensive products so much so I just wasn't comfortable and left the store and I have to say pretty reluctant to go back. Tracey and her team have the balance just right, asked me questions on what I was looking for took me to two mattresses even gave me a pillow and gave me the time to decide whilst staying in the background and checking on me. This is why I have returned and purchased more from this store, thank for a great service.

Got the bed I wanted

Rebecca was really helpful and friendly, she shown me around the floor making sure I knew what I was getting and comparing it to other products. Not forceful in any way and had a laugh making it a pleasant experience rather than a chore making a purchase.

We found exactly what we were looking for out of a good range of products to choose from. The staff member who served us seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient without being pushy. She seemed well suited to sales.

Went in and found a bed we like the staff were very helpful with helping us find our specific colour we wanted and helping us find a mattress to go with it! Couldn't fault the service.
