Tracey was very knowledgeable about the products and understood what our requirements were. She gave us time and space to consider which mattress we wanted. She was very friendly and her personality contributed to our experience.

We were greeted by the manager of the store on arrival. We were offered coffee which was served by Donnna the sales person. She gave us all the information and help we needed to purchase our new mattress. It was a great experience choosing a new mattress. Donna was very knowledgeable and professional. A great purchase of quality merchandise.
