The store assistant was very helpful she explained how the colour system worked. And recommended the types of bed we should look at after listening to our requirements. We were impressed with how easy it was to choose and order. The delivery process also suited us

The store assistant seemed to know all the facts that would help choosing the right Tempur mattress such as the statistics of what sells more, what makes a difference in the positions that you lie etc. She wasn't cheesy, or pushy, and it felt like you could spend as much time as you wanted lying on the bed, without being watched, but she would be nearby if you had any other one shot questions. Tracey was very down to earth, which makes a difference as it can be an instant turn off when you have someone pushy or uttering sales bs to try and get you to sign.

I was buying 2 new single beds for my 2year old granddaughter and my 5 year old Grandson- Tracy who served us was so understanding as my granddaughter wanted to run around.....so I had to keep running after her.... hence Tracy was not perturbed at waiting for me to respond to her. We purchased the beds quilts pillows etc..... Children were taken to the car then I went back in to store an asked how old my previous bed was - it was on the system at 4years old- so I ended up buying a mattress for me as my back is not what it was- Tracy suggested the one I bought- so Thank you Dreams she knows her stuff......

I spoke with the lady who dealt with me & my mom last year. She was lovely as usual and helped us very quickly and easily.

The assistant Donna was extremely helpful, let me have all the time I needed but was within easy reach if I needed her. She gave me time to myself but frequently checked back with me to see if I needed anything. She even made me a cup of tea. Overall excellent service from her. Delivery was also available at convenient times not just mon to fri 9-5pm. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were very efficient but friendly.

was approached by helpful and friendly guy in store. He listened to everything and showed me a range that would be best for my needs. got a really good matres as well as a ottoman bed to maximise storage (i dint even know what an ottoman bed was until he showed me)

Prompt attention from assistant. Talked about what I wanted and why.Showed me several options and demonstrated and helped me to try out some beds.Took my order and pointed out payment options and made me aware that I could reclaim v.a.t. Really helpful!

We entered the store just to look at mattresses and prices, and were met by Donna who when we explained what we were looking for explained that they had a special offer in the store that might meet our needs. We looked at this, the reduced price was within our budget. Not being sure whether they would fit our bed frames I asked if I could complete the order over the phone once we measured up. Donna gave us a card with the quote, the size and a phone number. We completed the order that afternoon and paid in full. Donna was extremely patient with us and very helpful.

I was finding it hard to decide what was the best to buy as i was buying two double beds and a double mattress the staff were very helpful and gave me lots of advice

The lady who served us was fantastic. Her name was Tracey in the Erdington store. She was helpful, charming and very knowledgeable.
