Andy our sales man, was very friendly and took us through all the options of mattresses. He was very friendly and very helpful in our choice. There wasn't any pressure to buy. the sale and finance went through very quickly and efficiently. We would definitely would recommend Dreams.

We were made to feel very welcome by Tracey who was on hand immediately to help us choose the right bed for us. No hard sell she was very knowledgable and professional and spent time with us in an unhurried manner. although the store seemed to be understaffed she still spent the optimum time with us despite being polite to others who were waiting for service. We intended to shop around for the best deal but felt very satisfied that with the price match offered there was no need and a waste of time. We left the store feeling happy and content with our purchase. Thank you
