Tracey had lots of energy and spent time listening to my needs and gave lots of invaluable help, her knowledge of all products was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I understand Tracey has applied for promotion and to my mind she hands down deserves this hence why I returned to the store and made my purchase with her. I will return when I am ready to purchase a bed for my spare room.

The member of staff (Tracey) was very helpful and very friendly. She gave us plenty of advice and didn't pressure us into buying the more expensive items like most places do. She just offered good, sound advice and an excellent service.

We had viewed a few products online prior to coming to the store. Tracey really listened to what type of bed and mattress we were searching for and quickly found the beds we had viewed online for us. She had a good understanding of the products stocked and was really friendly. We were really impressed by the customer service we received.
