The assistant spent time explaining our options and showed beds from all different price ranges. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive.

The sales assistants (Donna) knowledge of the products, the relevant questions asked for what we wanted, showing us all the options, to selling us what we were looking for was really good service.

Very pleasant atmosphere in the shop, greeted as soon as we entered and offered tea or coffee which we accepted. Donna remembered me from my previous visit and straight away helped us order what I had previously viewed and also explained and showed my husband what we had talked about and I had liked.

Tracey in the Erdington store greeted us early on a Saturday morning with a really positive approach. She explained the different sorts of mattresses and the colour coding to help us decide. I had a list of mattresses I wanted to try and she showed me where each was, explained the price breakdown and any deals on offer. My sister was less prepared with ideas, but Tracey took the time to show her mattresses she might find comfortable. Our order was placed quickly, with all offers and insurance explained in full and we were done within 45 mins, which felt like a miracle! Thank you!

The salesman Andrew greeted us with a friendly smile and handshake, asked what we were looking for he proceeded to talk us through the mattress's for sale. After listening to our requirements he made a recommendation and asked us to try it out. It was so comfortable and was exactly what we required
