What more can I say than what a fantastic, friendly and utterly awesome sales person Tracey is! If I was you, I'd find a way to clone her and put one in every store! We went in with a very vague idea as to what we were after, and the very wonderful Tracey found us the bed, mattress AND pillows of our Dreams (<-- see what I did there ;-) lol) We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, didn't get overrun with sales babble, didn't feel like an inconvenience for not actually knowing what we wanted... what we had was a lovely cuppa, a good laugh, brilliant recommendations and ultimately a brand new piece of bedroom furniture that suits our needs down to a T. If there's one thing you take from this feedback, let it be that Tracey needs a raise and we are HIGHLY satisfied with our experience in your store. Many thanks from Steph & Toni! :-)

We needed some guidance but also wanted time to look around on our own - the help offered was just the right tone and amount.

Found the staff namely Amy very helpful when deciding to purchase the mattress and found her both professional and pleasant in her attitude towards me and my needs.

Amy was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the information we needed. On the Saturday there was no pressure to buy and this is why we returned on the Sunday to place the order. Tracey looked after us on this occasion and again we could not fault Tracey she was equally as good as Amy.

Firstly, made a phone enquiry which was answered by Tracy who was very helpful. On visiting the Castle Bromwich store we were greeted by same bubbly, friendly, Tracey who dealt efficiently and promptly with our purchase.

We were quickly seen by a very pleasant salesman, Andy, who ascertained what I was looking for and gave me a very comprehensive tour of the options available. Explained the virtues of the different mattresses and invited me to try them. At no time did I feel pressurised. He explained that if I was not satisfied I had up to 40 days to change my purchase.

We were served by Donna here she was very helpful knew everything we needed to know and made the whole experience enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in shopping at this store again. Many thanks.
