The assistant talked through the variety of mattress for specific needs and showed knowledge of products. She advised of alternative and similar products which also included lower priced items which was reassuring. I was very impressed with the ease of order and arrangements for delivery and assembly and the cover for the product was explained fully and knowledgeably. Very impressed overall and have already recommended to friends and family.

We were given excellent information by Andy - no pressure - just intelligent answers to all our questions. He clearly believes in the product and convinced us of the benefits it would offer us. He was without doubt the very best assistance we feel we've ever had in a store before. Nothing was rushed, we never felt under any pressure at all. We were somewhat taken aback at the cost, but felt so re-assured by Andy that we would not regret our purchase. He emphasised the 40 day trial offer - wonderful - which gave us much reassurance.Coffee was lovely too.

The lady that helped me was called Donna. From the minute I walked into the store Donna was there to greet me. I explained what I was looking for which was a bed and mattress and she then asked me questions to identify what what would be suitable. Finding the bed was no issue but the mattress what more difficult. Donna explained all the different mattresses available and and how the work. I tried out many of them and she didn't make me feel like I was asking to many questions or taking to long. She walked me round the store showing me different products. She also made my family feel very comfortable and so much so that my dad wants to now buy a new bed. I have been to many dream stores and I would definitely say that the service receive in store at Ravenside was the best, They were friendly, help, were able to answer any questions and made the whole process easy to complete I would definitely recommend the store to my friends and family.

From the moment I walked into the store,I thought what a nice atmosphere and how everything was so well set out to browse around.the sales assistant was very friendly and told me to feel free to lie on any of the beds,but would be woken if I starting snoring.which I found amusing and put me at ease immediately.Andy asked if there was any particular kind of bed I was looking for, I explained what I was after and that is exactly what I purchased.would highly recommend Andy sales technique was very friendly & knowledgeable.

The assistant took time to entertain our 5 year old daughter with a baloon and provided a cool bottle of water for her whilst we tried out the various mattresses we were interested in. This was most appreciated as it allowed us the time to consider our choice of new mattress carefully and it was a very hot evening. We would have bought a single mattress as well if that had been buy one get second half price.

Donna welcomed us to your store ,listened to our requirements and then offered a drink. She explained the important things that we should keep in mind. Full information was provided about all of the products. I was encouraged to try all of the appropriate products. She gave guidance when requested. Paperwork was provided together with necessary comments. Donna was very pleasant and a credit to your Company.

Vey patient help from salesman Andy, I am 86years old, and needed quite a lot of advice before making my final decision. I first bought a mattress code 070A014194 which was delivered promptly and put in place by two polite young men. A week later I decided to buy a divan base,,,was again helped by Andy, and ordered the divan, which is due to be delivered soon. The code for the divan is070A014281. ,
