We were met by a helpful and friendly Assistant as soon as we walked in the store who directed us towards our choice of mattressses

We were highly satisfied with the experience. The service we received was exceptional. We walked into the store with a rough idea of what we wanted. The staff asked us if we were ok and weren't intrusive but allowed us to look around the shop until we were comfortable. A staff member soon approached us and gave us guidance as well as walked us around the store. We came to a swift decision on what we wanted. The staff member was friendly and we shared banter and gave us good advice but most importantly met our needs.

Donna at Erdington store was very knowledgeable an helpful, nothing was too much trouble.Allthis and coffee as well !

I did buy a double bed from dreams before I love Thebes so much, now I am passing this one down to my younger daughter.

Considering it was Bank Holiday Monday, the store was quiet. Good attentive staff member Andy - Helped while we tried and tested a few of the beds.

I spoke with Andy over the phone the day before our visit and we arranged to meet Andy the following day. Andy was polite, professional, knowledgeable and a great Ambassador for your company. He was of tremendous assistance and made it an easy decision to make our purchase via this store

We were helped and advised by Tracey who is an absolute star!. Her technical knowledge was invaluable and she guided us through choice of mattresses, type of bed etc. She was very patient, answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. We were really happy with the choices we made and that was important to her.

Sufficient choice of products. Helpful but not pushy sales assistant (Donna). Good price for goods selected. Free delivery. Fair price for assembly.
