Dreams - Erdington

They was very friendly when we approached the shop, we said we was just looking at first and they left me and my fiance to have a look around. After a while a lady called Donna come and asked if we needed help and we started to talk about the kind of bed that we was after, she was very keen to help us and spoke about the different options that was available for us. We walked around with her and tried a few different mattress, she also showed us the pillows that was available. After we had chose what we would like she look us over to the desk offered us a seat and also a drink. We started to go though it all but then we seen a the tv bed with the ottormam bottom. Donna stopped what she was doing and asked if we would like to have a look at it. I said no at first because didn't want to seem like a awkward customer but she seemed fine by us having a look. We then chose that bed and got everything sorted. Donna was amazing though the whole of the sale and wasn't pushy with are decision, she just left us to decided.

The assistance, Donna, first explained about the type of mattresses and ask my preference on how firm I like it to be. From there tried various types which she explained about each one and always asked my Opinion. Once chosen, she explained about finance options. At the time, there were three assistances all of whom talked to me and were friendly and polite. Could not fault.

We were served by Tracey in the Erdington store. She said hello, allowed us to browse and then was happy to help when we asked. She took the time to explain the difference between the beds, mattresses and pillows, helping us to choose the right bed with no pressure at all. I had gone in thinking I wanted a wooden frame, but thanks to Tracey's advice I left much happier with a divan. The service was very friendly and very genuine. She made my mother a cup of tea (which she was most pleased about!) and she gave us great advice on the products - even things like what quilt covers to buy, which we hadn't even asked about. She was very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable trying out the beds and pillows. As someone with Aspergers this was very important. Honestly, this was just perfect service. We’d intended to shop around, but after the brilliant service and expert advice, we decided to buy the product there and then.

Friendly staff, who were attentive to my needs and visit to the store. I was asked if I wanted refreshments and the whole process of choosing a bed was thoroughly explained to me.

Tracey was really friendly, helpful without being pushy, knew her stuff, allowed us space to choose and did well at eliminating stuff that didn't suit us. Didn't feel watched or pressured into buying something we didn't want. Her knowledge turned our potential 3 hour shopping trip into a 20 minute spree, leaving with exactly what we wanted.

Store was well presented. My first time shopping for a bed, Tracey was very helpful, and always there if we had questions, but not too intrusive!

Tracey in the Erdington store was very helpful. As we wanted a very firm mattress she recommended a few for us to choose from and best thing of all was that they were on sale as well.
