Dreams - Erdington

I am currently saving for to move out with my boyfriend and we had our hearts set on this bed online. I was waiting to move out and then purchase this bed, but we walked passed dreams and it was at the front of the shop calling us! We went in and couldn't be more pleased with it. Great advertisement and it was on sale! A lady came over and greeted us and asked if we needed any help, which ended up us getting our bed on finance and walking away really happy. The staff from dreams were really helpful, polite, knowledgeable and inviting which made not just viewing the bed a lovely experience. We would 100% recommend dreams to our family and friends as this was our first big steps for our future buying furniture! 10/10. Couldn't say anything else if I tried! x

Dreams colleague,Tracey, was knowledgable and spent time helping us in the decision of purchasing a new mattress (yet not pushy like some store assistants can be). She was able to help us choose the right product. We left leaving the store happy and satisfied.

I have multiple problems back neck and legs, when I explained how I feel I was recommended to a particular mattress and pillow for strength and support , I was very happy with the information I received an the help I was given and feel very happy with my purchase, I was only looking today with no intention of buying a bed , but with the help of the staff especially Donna I felt happy to purchase my new bed today .
