As soon as we arrived in the store we were greeted by Andy. We were asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. When we said that we did, we were taken straight to the mattress, divan base and headboard we were interested in. Andy was able to answer our questions with a good knowledge of the items. We were aware that Dreams offers a collection service for your old bed. The cost of this service and assembly of the new bed were on show and clear, however Andy went through this with us. The special bags for collection of the old mattresses were given to us at the time, with clear instructions for there use. Andy was able to give us a delivery date immediately , which was very helpful. It was great to see Andy and his colleague taking turns to do a bike ride for a fostering charity

your staff were polite and respectful, product trained, clear in their advice and cheery.

I had the chance to lie down on a few beds before I made my decision.The ladies who looked after me were not pushy( don't like pushy sales people)They answered my questions and I am vey happy and looking forward to a good nights sleep

Great customer service and knowledge of the assistant

The Store assistant was very pleasant and polite from the moment I walked into the store, no hesitation and no pressure to purchase anything on the spot. Answered all my questions with satisfaction with regards to product details, extended warranty, ordering, delivery. Also made me a cuppa whilst browsing through the store.

I knew exactly what I wanted. Tracey helped me and my as polite and professional and got us the best deal possible fir a quality product.
