Friendly staff who listened to what I wanted and offered a number of beds to try that were suitable for me.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased a bed from this store. We were so pleased with our first purchase that we returned for another mattress and base. We were assisted by Rebecca who was extremely helpful and knowledgable without any pressure sales. We went away to consider the options and returned to place an order. Again we were served by Rebecca who was friendly but professional. We would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

Tracey was the member of staff. Bluntly she was excellent. We had to return to the store to confirm the order. Tracey saw us, waved to us and had remembered our names, excellent. It was a very hot day and she offered us cold drinks, much appreciated.

I knew what I wanted. I expected Dreams to have a suitable range from which to choose (from previous experience) and was not disappointed.

A lovely young man called Rubel processed my order he was very pleasant , professional and very well presented . I was offered water and all the service available where explained to me . Great experience and lovely staff
