The sales assistant Tracey was extremely helpful and even asked us what type of pillows we have at home and got them for us to use whilst trying mattresses as it made a difference to the experience. She wasn't pushy but knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to us.

The store manager was very nice, listened, was knowledgeable, didnt pressure us into anything, a pleasure to deal with and explained everything to us. On a seperate note the mattress was delivered, but initially the delivery drivers brought the wrong one, they travelled all the way back to depot and returned to make sure we had the right mattress by the end of the day they gave for delivery which we thought was really good
