Andy was very helpful and answered all of my questions,made me feel at ease and didn't rush me into making my mind up at the time.After shopping ,the cup of tea was very welcome.Thank You.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy sales people but were on hand to help, assist and guide through the purchase to ensure I got exactly what I wanted.

Then items we wanted couldn't be deliveredited when we wanted the assistant was very helpful with giving us different options

Great products.Tracy who served us couldn't have been more helpful really pleasant .Lovely to have someone who likes to please her customers.

Richard in your Erdington branch served us, he was really friendly and helpful. Discussed all the beds and our options, didn't hound us, and then when I had a bit of a problem with the finance company, he just kept calm and really wanted to help us get through it and but the bed, not just for the sale, but because he felt for us. (5 months pregnant) 😊 really happy with the service!

I was highly satisfied primarily because of your staff member Tracey. She introduced herself immediately but then allowed us to look unattended. When we required further information she was close enough and approachable that we were able to ask for further assistance. She provided information and offered alternatives when what we wanted were not available in your store. She also offered us tea/coffee as we were there some time. She explained the mattress differences allowing me to chose the correct mattress for my needs. She was efficient placing the order and advising me of after purchase service options. I was very pleased with her service, she made my purchase very easy. I would recommend your store and Tracey to my friends and definitely would revisit your store again.

Great team, Tracey was superb at going through our options and made us feel at home and went through every option and was very patient. Of course spending nearly three thousand pounds on a Sunday afternoon is quite daunting but she made it feel so easy and removed the stress of this purchase. The tea and coffee was spot on too :)

Richard from Erdington was very clear in explaining the differences in matresses, good attention to details and working with both my wife and I to understand our needs. Did not push sales at any time and gave us plenty of time to determine the best matress for our needs. Once this was done the after sales was superb and we purchased the Tempur pillows as well as the protector. The other members of staff we also very friendly when were progressing the order. Overall one of the best experiences shopping. And to think we only went to look.

We were greeted as we entered the store by one of your colleagues Sandra who was very very helpful and who explained in detail about all the different types of matresses that you have and left us to decide on what was best for us. We then asked about pillows, again was given information on all pillows. We were also offered a hot drink which was a nice touch and was unexpected, our overall experience in store was exceptional. We will shop at dreams again as the customer service was second to none.
