Tracey was very helpful in us choosing a mattress. She never pressured us into buying or choosing giving us space to try as many mattresses as we like even giving us the cloud pillow to try with the mattresses. Very professional and helpful service felt very comfortable in the shop and not pressured to buy anything

The store manager Rick was very good, his knowledge of the products was extremely good as well as his customer care. He kept asking me if i wanted a drink. He was very patient while i was making up my mind. What I also liked was the fact that he didn't badger me to buy the most expensive mattress for the adjustable bed I was thinking of buying. I tested all of them and chose the right one for me and my budget. Rick explained everything to me when it came to purchasing the bed, he explained the discount i would get because I've got a disability. he fully explained the guarantee, delivery process and taking away my bed. I'm currently awaiting my delivery lets hope I'll still be a happy customer.

Good service very knowledgeable about beds and mattresses took the time to explain and deliver the right bed for my needs starting from the lower price to the more expensive range of beds very professional and didn't hassle for the sale good job all round and a nice cup of tea thanks

Myself and my son needed different items, myself a bed and mattress, my son just a mattress. Tracey understood both of our needs and we were both very happy with her knowledge and understanding the products that were available and guiding us both to what we needed and conciquently purchased.
