Because their was ample choice and we had plenty of help and advice from the assistant as to which mattress would best suit our needs

Good staff knowledge but not pressured or hard selling

Tracey was amazing with great product knowledge. She offered us a drink and was showing us everything that we wanted. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Sales advisor was very knowledgable but not too intrusive. She offered advise without a hard sell.

Very helpful, friendly staff who helped us to decide which mattress to buy without being too pushy. I would have liked more bed frames on display for the kids beds but otherwise I was very happy

We had been to several competitor stores that day looking to purchase a new bed and matress if it wasn't for the knowledgeable&polite staff in this store we would have gone home empty handed. We were greeted by a lovely lady(sandra) when first entering then left alone for a while to have a look at different designs, then offered a drink, then was approached again to see how we was getting on. I hate pushy sales but it didn't come across like that at all! She was down to earth which made us feel at ease and answered any questioned we had. £1000 was alot of money to spend on a bed but we were reassured it was worth the money as we spend so much of our time in bed (good sales technique there haha)! The extra benefit is that we have 40nights to decide whether the matress is the right one for us! We can't wait to try it out. Thanks again Sandra!

Andy,the assistant who served us,was friendly,knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Once our choice was made the order was placed and delivery arranged very efficiently. The delivery confirmation was made by text and phone call and the delivery itself was on time and everything dealt with by friendly and helpful delivery men. First-class service all round!

Help was instant and the advice given allowed us to sample products and choose a specific bed type of our choice without being pressurised by sales employees.

The assistant explained everything clearly and was able to satisfy my needs 100%
