Tracey was very friendly and helpful without being at all 'pushy'. Explained clearly the different types of mattress available, with their corresponding colour coding, and gave us all the time we needed to narrow down our preferences prior to coming to a decision. tea/coffee was also offered.

My wife and I were looking for a brand new bed for our new home. As we do, we like to shop around and see what the best value is. We went to Dreams in Castle Vale, Birmingham and instantly the staff made us feel informed and did not put us under any pressure to make a purchase. Rather than a pushy salesman, we were treated to an informative discussion by the amazing Tracey, about what was best for us and our needs, especially with our newborn twins in mind. We left the store knowing that the sales team had our best interests at heart and was confident in returning to make our purchase! I am sure we will be back in the future and be sure to tell our friends and family of the great service we received at Dreams Castle Vale.

Tracey was very helpful and friendly to us, including our two teenage girls. We purchased a bunk bed and a double mattress and Tracey was very knowledgeable in both areas. She showed us the different ranges of mattresses from the cheapest to the expensive, which was refreshing that there was no hard sell, also she left us in peace whilst we decided what we wanted to purchase. Tracey was also very good explaining the finance to us, and made sure we understood the different delivery times for both products.

Sales assistant was really helpful, couldn't fault anything. We weren't rushed and were given time to consider our options. Once decided we placed the order and provided with the information which we required.

The first time I was served by Andy and when I returned to order the bed I was served by Tracie.Both were extremely helpful,polite and friendly.
