Sandra explained everything very clearly to me.She was very welcoming and helpful.

All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our assistant Richard wasn't pushing a sale and took time to explain about the different types of mattress.

Tracey was very knowledgeable and assisted us in choosing our bed. She was very professional and friendly.

The assistant, Richard, was very approachable, but not pushy. We were shopping for a mattress only and he explained about all the different types, prices etc but also listened to what our needs were. He did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. He gave us plenty of attention and knowledge, but also gave us plenty of time/space to make our own minds up, but was always on hand to assist if we needed it. He was very friendly and offered us a drink us well, which was nice. We ended up spending a lot more than we had originally planned, but realised that it made sense to spend a little more to get a quality product that would last and be comfortable for our needs.

We were greeted by Chantelle who gave us first class advice and took us to a mattress that was just right for us. She didn't rush or crowd us and was very professional, and even made a cup of tea while we were choosing. She knew her products and explained everything in a way we understood.

The service and attention Chantelle gave us was superb making us feel an important customer and very answered all our questions no matter how trivial they were. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

As soon as we walked in to the shop we looked around and didn't really know what to look for. We were approached by Tracey who informed us about everything we needed to know. She was very knowledgable, friendly and wasn't pushy,just what we needed. We tried several mattresses, she showed us the different types of beds and the variations there were and the different pillow options. We decided to shop around prior to buying purely to see what else was available. We decided to go back to dreams to buy the mattress and pillows. On returning we told Tracey what we wanted to buy and she processss the order quickly and efficiently. We booked free delivery and had a quick delivery date. All in all it was a hassle free purchase and we were really pleased with the service we had.
