Polite staff and good discount.

The assistant (Tracey) was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. She took the time to meet our needs and explained all our options well.

We were approached by the sales man Andy he was very interested in our requirements and made me feel like he was listening to what I wanted and I felt like I wasn't just another sale. His product knowledge was exemplary and he didn't just rush us into a sale. You could see that he enjoys his job just by the enthusiasm he showed. I would recommend that store to all family and friends.

We found the mattress we required quite quickly as we checked your website first. We only then had to decide on whether to have firm or medium to firm. Being able to try them out helped and an assistant was on hand for advice. Ordering was quick and easy and the price was good. We are expecting our new mattress in just over a week from placing the order which again is good although sooner would have suited us. Overall a quick and efficient visit to your Erdington store which was well set out with nice staff.

The sales assistant, Chanelle was extremely helpful, offered refreshment and spoke with the store manager to ensure we had the best deal.

We went in intending to make a purchase but we needed some guidance and information about the best product to go for. Sandra was really knowledgeable but at the same time didn't push us in any specific direction regarding products (ie to buy the most expensive). She also gave us space to talk without hovering. She offered us a cup of tea and was really friendly :)

Tracey looked after us and did a sterling job - really friendly and knew her stuff. We would not have purchased with out her.

Sandra who helped us was great, she was informative and friendly and approachable. She was not pushy or over bearing like most sales people. She listened to.what our requirements were then pointed us in the right direction.
