your colleague in the store TRACEY showed the various mattresses to us and explained the colour coding which referred to the firmness of the mattresses. I was impressed with her knowledge and also her ability to explain to us.

We were attended to right away the assistant explained each sort of mattress that were available she was,nt over powering as some might be as to put you off we were given coffe on the whole a pleasant experience since we only came into the shop to look.
