Andy was very helpful and informative. When we arrived a sales assistant was just finishing her shift but went out of her way prior to her leaving to make sure we were looked after. Sorry did not get her name.

The lady who helped me was so lovely, not only pleasant but full of knowledge, she made me feel that I could trust the information she was giving me

Donna, was quick to notice we needed assistance, had a cheerful friendly attitude along with very good product knowledge. She was a perfect guide for our bed selection.

Tracey was really friendly and made sure we chose the mattress that suited our needs the best. She left us to make a decision and wasn’t pushy

we were overwhelmed when we came into the store not knowing what we needed but Claire came to our rescue and was absolutely brilliant, she talked us through everything and helped us find the perfect products. she was super informative and showed us plenty of options so we could be 100% sure. we can not be more happy with the service we received and cannot thank you enough!!

Donna was absolutely amazing, so helpful in helping me choose the right mattress for my individual needs. She is a real asset to your company, can’t fault her customer service. She was really great with my teenage son too who had come along with me to the store.
