Tracey (Kingsbury Road Erdington Branch) spotted us as soon as we entered the store and was very helpful encouraging us to try out the mattresses, telling us about the different type of mattress, sizes and even offered us a cup of tea.

I was given helpful advice by a very friendly and polite member of staff. He listened to what I thought I needed and showed me a variety of mattresses. He encouraged me to try each one and then offered an additional mattress topper which helped me to decide. He gave me and my companion plenty of private space to discuss the purchase and also made us a coffee to drink while we made a decision. It was a very pleasant shopping experience for me, a pensioner and my 89 year-old mum!!

Very customer focused service from the moment we walked in the store. Sales advisor listened to what we were looking for and went straight to the right range of products. The whole experience was very relaxing and left my daughter who we were shopping for with a big smile on her face.

Assistant's knowledge of products available. I needed to subsequently change the order which went very smoothly.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only I was expecting an email today regarding deliver update which I haven't had. I still have a question about assembly to which needs an answer

I had seen a bed through the window that I liked, popped in and happened to find another. Staff were incredibly helpful and it took me all of 5 minutes to complete my order. They were very accommodating as my other half is a teacher and so cannot take time off work for delivery. Very good customer service. Bed was satisfactory price but only because it was in the half price sale. Would not have considered if full price.
