Dreams - Erdington

Sandra at the Erdington store was extremely helpful and went beyond what i usually experience from a customer service representative.

The lady we spoke to was very understanding about what we were looking for and helped us by going round and left us alone when we needed it, have had beds from here before and keep coming back and will continue to do so

Tracey in the Erdington store was absolutely amazing. She was patient and knowledgeable and sold the benefits to us really well. The customer service we received was excellent and Tracey remembered us from previous visits and when we had called up.

Sandra who looked after was extremely friendly and patient.

The staff were knowledgeable and told us about the different mattress types and how to differentiate them in store while trying out different beds. They also explained that we could have any mattress with the base that we want, whereas another store only sold them as sets.

Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. The different amount of beds and mattresses to look at and try out were very impressive. We left the store feeling we had been able to try out all available options and had made the best decision.

We were greeted by Sam straight away . I explained what we wanted and immediately she showed us mattresses we would be interested in . Went through all the deatails of the products & made us a coffee which was nice . Also we could lie on the beds and test them which was good .

I went to the Ravenside retail park and was served by Sam, who was very polite and helpful and answered all the questions and gave a knowledgeable description of all the products and I was offered refreshments which made it all a very friendly experience.

New what l wanted and was pointed in the right direction
