I have no overall opinion with regards to the products or pricing in comparison to other companies. I attended your store because it was close to my home address. When I visited I found the staff to be excellent. They were friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating. They did not pressurise my wife and I, when we needed advise they were there and they backed of at appropriate times. I am used to staff folllowing me around and I hate it but I would honestly say your staff made it a pleasure to purchase your products and to buy with confidence.

Overall, a great customer experience from the the Dreams-team. Andy was really knowledgeable about the product that we purchased. His confidence and calm sales manner made us really comfortable in our decision, he gave us time and space to think and we did not feel pressured. We are a newly married couple, and this is the first mattress we have purchased together - Andy's approach made this experience really easy and stress free (big praises to him). We previously went and looked at the same mattress in another store Dreams store in perry barr- one stop. The lady who served us there was also really friendly, honest and informative, and so our purchases was also due to her hard work. I can remember her name, but she was a lovely black girl who was also a part time photographer.

Tracy was absolutely excellent. Good read of character and style. She was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. She got us into the top end mattresses plus upsell on pillows and service plan. We spent 3 X as much as we were quoted in bensons and still believe this was right purchase for us. An exceptional asset to you - thank you - great customer experience

The lady that served me was very knowledgeable about the products in store. She was very friendly and down to earth, not at all pushy like some places I have shopped.
