Dreams - Erdington

Previously ordered a mattress from another company resulting in a lot of ongoing problems but still needed a mattress so went to local Dreams store. Explained to Tracey I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and other health problems and she was amazing. She went out of her way to understand what I needed even to the point of asking what pillows I used and went off to get me the pillows to put on the bed so I could get a better understanding trying the mattress's. She sat and explained everything to me and kept asking questions to make sure I was ok, she explained the delivery process and 40 nights returns policy. She was in no way pushy and not in any rush to make me buy anything. Left store very happy, well done Tracey excellent customer service

The store had a good selection of products and was spacious and light. The assistant, Chantelle, was very friendly and had excellent product knowledge. The ordering process was quick and easy. We have purchased products at Dreams before and would not hesitate to go there again and recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Your assistant, Chantelle, was lovely. She listened to what we needed, made suggestions without being pushy. She had a lovely, bubbly personality and demonstrated a good understanding of your products. She did not rush us even though the store was due to close. Very,very helpful.

I ame into the store on Thursday was Tracey was very helpful, friendly and professional. She helped my Mom and I advised on different beds, headboards etc. She gave me details and we went away to visit some other bed shops. However we did not find what we wanted elsewhere so I went back to place the order and I specifically wanted Tracey to help me and I was fortunate that she was in the store.

Fantastic welcome from a very pretty lady with a lovely smile. She knew every single product inside out and was a really big help with my choice of mattress and headboard to buy. And she makes a cracking cup of tea!!

Staff were pleasant and engaging. They allowed you to shop in peace whilst being on hand to answer any questions. We were offered refreshments and provided additional literature to aid our decision. Great customer service.
