I bought a memory foam mattress that was recommended by a member of staff, they showed an example that was about 6in deep but the mattress is only 3 in deep after waiting 30 hours for it to expand, I will be returning it to store tomorrow for a full refund, I can not comment on my adjustable bed at the moment but I hope it will be a better quality than the mattress otherwise this will be returned as well

The lady who assisted us gave excellent knowledgeable advice based on our needs. She was friendly and helpful whilst respecting our need to have time alone to discuss our options. Excellent service, speedy transaction and comfortable in the knowledge that Dreams offer a price promise.

the assistant was very friendly and as this was my first double bed i was purchasing I need a bed that suited my needs has i suffer from a shoulder problem. the gentleman showed me the range of mattresses that would help me then let me chose the one i that was right for me.

Chris gave us time to look. He demonstrated the options, when he was unsure he asked a colleague. He gave us several options and did not expect us to pay the highest price for anything. Thus then made me want to buy a better bed!

The salesman Andy was very attentive to our needs and really tried to help without being pushy
