Overall the knowledge of products and attention that was given to us to ensure that the right bed is the right one for us was very helpful. Social distance measures within the store and safety measures was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The assistant was very helpful in showing us the products that suited our needs and explaining the difference between them. There was no hard sell or leading us to a particular product. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Sales Assistant named Donna was friendly and knowledgeable. She is definitely the reason I would recommend this particular branch to all my associates.

As soon as we entered the Erdington store Donna took us under her wing and asked us to use the sleep match machine, which was a remarkable experience. Following this she took us through a range of suitable mattresses and beds, taking our personal preferences into account. She was friendly, helpful and well-informed. We were able to lie on a range of mattresses and pillows, which was very helpful. All the products we wanted were available, the purchase process was straightforward, and we were out of the store in less than 50 minutes. Overall, a very stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Tracey was the lady that helped us. We never at anytime felt under pressure, which is important to me. Tracey was very knowledgeable with products & made us feel at ease all the times. Listened to our needs. We spent time in there going through the mattresses suitable to my daughter, son & myself, also looking at beds. We left after the first visit with prices of items liked but no purchases. We returned the following day hoping Tracey was there to take our orders, luckily she was. Still no pressure & had the opportunity again to try the mattresses before ordering 3 mattresses (2 x kings & 1 x super king) & a bed for my son. I’d like to thank Tracey for making our experience so pleasurable.

I was impressed with the staff who were very friendly from the moment we entered the store.They asked what we was looking for and showed us several different styles of items to try and gave us time to decide what was best for us but at the same time supporting us with any questions we asked .the assistant who helped us was was very patient and informative about the items that we purchased.
