Polite and friendly assistance from Sam. Gave us some key info then left us to explore for ourselves for a while before returning to answer questions and make recommendations. Prompt and helpful, offered tea or coffee and was able to give us a great deal.

Very welcoming,and gave us plenty of advice on a new mattress,and care. Would recommend to friends and family.

We found the right bed for our needs,

your assistant Andy is the reason we purchased on that day. we have a more local store but Andy knew what he was talking about and he seemed pleased to talk to us about the benefits of any choice we made. Well done Andy!

In the store the price was explained and mattress options offered and all aspects of delivery process. Phone calls to us happened when promised. Delivery was as promised - we were txted and phoned and the lads delivering Mike and Dave wore overshoes as it was raining that day. I was impressed with this. They had a hard job getting bed upstairs but persevered and umpacked it and aet it up.

The sales assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable

The assistance we received was brilliant, she listened to everything we said explained which products would suit our needs and why. She gave us time to talk amougst ourselves but was always close by to assist us with any questions or to see how we were getting on. We were made to feel relaxed and happy about spending a large amount of money in store there and then!

The first person I met was Tracey, one of your assistants, who greeted me with a friendly warm smile, I was relaxed from the off. She bought me up to speed with the various types of mattresses, outlining the differences and encouraged me to try them out - I was most impressed. I found her to be extremely professional, helpful, caring and knowledgable with a great sense of humour. I thought a mattress was a mattress - how wrong can a person be? I only popped in to look but ended up purchasing because Tracey took care of me.

Helpful, knowladgeable, not pushy, clear and concise, simple, quick and easy. Been here before and will come again.
