The member of staff (Sam) who assisted us was very attentive and respectful of giving us privacy to discuss our decision and purchase before proceeding. The purchase was made into a pleasant experience

Quality of bed purchased and colleague and delivery time

Sam was the assistant that show us round I explained I suffer with back problems and she showed us beds that would suit my needs she was very accommodating polite friendly and helpful with excellent customer service

Sam the sales assistant was very understanding and knowledgeable of the products on offer and was always telling me to lie down on the mattresses and see if they were comfortable for me and my wife

i am suffering with back and hip pain which is causing discomfort while sleeping. I inquired about a Temper mattress and time was spent showing me the options going from one to the other trying them all out. The assistant was very thorough. All of the staff were very friendly and made our visit personal.

I was greeted by a lady called Tracey who was so lovely but I actually left the shop an went to bensons for beds just to check out the competition located in Harveys to be absoloubley disgusted by the old witches attitude an rudeness she was no help what so ever so I left an went back to dreams an was yet again seen by Tracey who was fantastic she gave us a great service and knew what she was on about an was so kind an polite , this lady defo deserves a pay rise ! Excellent in customer service and felt like we had known her for ages ! Lovely service an would defo go back ! Thx Tracey !
