The assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She even made us coffee!

We were made to feel very welcome by Sam. She took her time and allowed us to test many beds until we found the right one. She talked us through everything perfectly and offered drinks which is a nice gesture. We left very happy and felt that Sam genuinely looked after us.

Sam was fantastic with us, helping us to identify the right mattress for our needs, allowing us to try as many mattress and pillow combinations as we liked and offering refreshments. What I really liked was that she wanted us to buy the right mattress for us, not just the most expensive one. When we found the one we wanted it was over our budget, but Sam arranged interest free finance for us so we could get the exact mattress we wanted without worrying about payments. A fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The sales assistant was very attentive when I came in the store listened to what I was looking for. Helped me with various products to give me choice. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was greeting the best value for my purchase.

We visited the Erdington store and was greated by a woman by the name of Sam. She was extremely positive and friendly, she assisted us with our needs and queries around the store and made our decision so much easier. She showed us all the options avaliable to us and found the one perfect to us. When we sat down to go throw payment options she offered me and my partner a tea or coffee which made us feel at home and made the experiance so much better. Overall she was amazing and i personally think she was the best person to help us with our final choice.

My husband and I were given time to look round at different types of beds, and encouraged to try them all to enable us make our choice. We decided on a bed that suited us. then we chose to buy on interest free credit to spread the cost. We were serve by Sam & Andy who friendly & helpful throughout.

This was our second visit to the Erdington store following a great first visit where Tracey made us feel very valued and gave some great advice without a 'hard sale'. We had our two young children with us and although one has additional needs and can make things a little more difficult when having a discussion Tracey remained patient approaching us and informing us of everything we needed to know in a relaxed manor, which enabled us to digest all the information without getting overwhelmed by juggling kids and shopping at the same time. Tracey gave us relevant information to take home and remained professional and friendly even when we requested to leave the store to discuss the options and check prices elsewhere. Following two weeks of discussion we returned to the store again, Tracey recognised us and approached us like old friends. Again instantly making us feel at ease allowing the kids to have their freedom whilst intermittently approaching us to update us on the latest deal of our desired Purchase which in fact had a further reduction. Due to the Exemplary customer service and value for money this shopping trip was enjoyable knowing we had made a great choice.

The staff member Sam, was well knowledgeable but not pushy and took us through the process simply and efficiently. We found what we wanted when we wanted, got a delivery date we wanted and were treated first class.
