The salesman was very good and explained each bed we looked and tried and showed us the type of bed that would best suit us as we ended up having a bed with 2 types of firmness as our needs are different to each other.

We were treated with respect by staff who listened to our needs and knew the products very well . Rick greated us and offered us refreshment . Tracey took over and helped us make our purchase . We were never rushed ,she even fetched pillows to assist us . She sorted a headboard and showed us every think that we asked for . We felt relaxed and comfortable in the store . Tracey sorted finance and even carried our pillows ,and mattress protector to the car . Thank you for your help .

The assistant's name was Sam she was very good we tried maybe six or seven beds to Talked about the different beds and what they did. she told me to lie on the bed for 10 minutes she made me a cup of tea then we talked about how I was going to pay for it and everything was very very well done hopefully I'll be really pleased with the bed

I am disabled and Tracey took her time to show and explain what may be best for my needs. She was toilet and very caring.

My first visit on the 3/7/16 the lady was so helpful she went through everything so on our visit on the 4/7/16 we knew everything we wanted but the gentlemen in the shop advised us on the offer in store of buying a mattress to get 20% of the price of the bed we was buying we felt abit rushed to buy a certain mattress as it was what our daughter wanted so the lady just went ahead and excepted it was a done deal we would of prefered a cheaper one as we didnt need a mattress it was just for the offer but other than that everything was fi e

It was a very positive shopping experience. The best we have ever had. We were up in Birmingham visiting my son who wanted a new mattress. Tracey was very entertaining and knowledgeable without being a pushy salesperson and was very happy to away and think about it. My son ordered his mattress and bought a complete set of bedding. My daughter and I bought two cool pillows.

Excellent service. The Dream's Colleague, Sam, was very helpful, she enquired about what it was I was looking for, showed me a range of furniture to suit my needs, even matching colours! Similarly, she offered alternatives, explained everything I needed to know. Thank you for the drink offered too!

The assistant was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She could see that we needed time to decide so was very patient with us whilst we were in the store and was happy to answer any and all questions we had.

I was served by Tracey, who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She got me a coffee, chatted, made me feel valued as a customer, and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Tracey went to great lengths to assist with our purchase, and to ensure that we were making a purchase decision that we were comfortable with. She was cheerful, took time and trouble to understand what we wanted, and provided knowledgable advice and insight. In addition, she took it upon herself to track the delivery availability during the course of the day (due to our own circumstances we had to make two visits to the store) as this was a time sensitive purchase
