Dreams - Erdington

The assistant who served us was very patient while we looked at various options. We were given a cup of tea and did not feel under pressure. We had in fact been into the store previously and asked to see the assistant we had dealt with then, which we were able to do. The assistant had a good sense of humour.

The lady that look after us (Sam) was very friend, knowledgable and helpful. Our old bed was at least 10years old and was purchased by my parents. This was the first time we were shopping for a bed and didn't really have a clue what we were looking for.

The sales staff, (Tracey and Andy ) were highly knowledgeable and a delight to be served by, nothing was too much trouble, even to moving our chosen mattress onto a slatted base so we could accurately assess the firmness of the mattress. The range of goods was impressive and the prices were competative.

I was not sure what I wanted when I went into dreams but talking to the lovely sales assistant she really sold me to a particular bed but not in a forceful way. It was a lovely experience to go into a shop and actually have a sales assistant talk to you and care for what you want as you don't get that very often in other brands. I feel very happy and glad that I made the right choice in going to dreams to purchase my new bed.

The assistant introduced herself and asked if we needed help,she showed us all the possibilities explaining each in detail and encouraged us to try the mattresses,she wasn't at all pushy just helpful and friendly.In the end we purchased the bed as well as the mattress.

the staff have good product knowledge and very efficient. Pleased with customer the service skills as i was asked if i would like a drink and was not given the hard sales pitch.

Sam from dreams was so professional and through everything with us in details. She was so patient. Andy the manager was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend dreams to my friends. Was a very good experience .

The assistant (Tracey) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I believe in the premise "people buy from people" and Tracey's approach was perfect!

Andy was very helpful and explained all I needed 2 know even made me a coffee felt really relaxed and no pressure 2 buy
