The sales assistant, Sam, was extremely helpful. She went the extra mile when our duvet wasn't in store and was even prepared to drive to another store to collect it for us. Thumbs up from us for sure!

We were served by a fantastic saleslady who was very patient while we took ages to make our choice. Actually, she was top drawer.

Tracy was very knowledgable about the different beds and mattresses displayed, very helpful and patient. Nothing as too much trouble. She is an asset to your company.

Me and my partner visited the Dreams store to purchase a new bedroom suit. From the time we entered the store we was greeted by friendly smiles. Straightaway we fell in love with the Berkeley bedroom suite, as this was exactly what we was looking for. We was then greeted by Tracey. She was very friendly and explored our needs and discuss financial options. Her product knowledge was outstanding. She wasnt pushy to make a sale and gave us a brochure to take away to consider. The following day we returned and was happy the Tracey was working to serve us. He customers service was outstanding. Very friendly, down to earth A*

Customer assistance was excellent, not pushy but there to answer any questions, staff were extremely nice and kind to our children and kept them well occupied giving us a better chance to browse properly

we were greeted warmly by Sam, she was very helpful, courteous, polite, not overpowering, she answered all our questions and showed us around the store, she explained different mattress's and bed bases, she also offered us a drink/ refreshment. we chose a double bed and mattress and tempur pillow costing over £1000, we were very happy with the service given by Sam, we would recommend dreams to everyone as the service was very satisfactory and the store was also clean and tidy, it was a pleasure to shop there. also we were happy with the delivery date which was quite quick and the service of taking the old bed away.
